One of the commitments in our Third Sector Strategy was to establish a new Third Sector Advisory Board. Following an open process we received 35 applications from well qualified individuals with experience from across the sector. This bodes well for the future of the strategy but meant that we are in a position of having to stand down some applicants who would have been able to contribute a lot.
I am pleased that the following 16 people have agreed to join the board. We look forward to working together.
